Position Description
The Global BioAccess Fund is seeking an Intern to support our growing team. The Intern will play an integral role in supporting the Fund’s investor relations (IR) activities, as well as certain due diligence and strategic projects. A successful candidate will have strong organizational and presentation skills, and a desire to learn business principles and market dynamics in the biotech venture capital sector.
Responsibilities

Managing and building a CRM for our organization comprised of current and potential limited partners, as well as potential referral sources for limited partners.

Identifying limited partner candidates for the Fund through internal & online research

Support in preparation of IR materials and communications to be sent out by fund principals

Identifying investor and industry conferences for attendance by principals to expand potential LP base

Perform market and competitive analysis on relevant classes of asset managers

Working alongside the GBF team to help run an effective organization
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirement

Undergraduate or graduate level, at least a rising junior or senior

Prior internships with financial services or fund management organizations helpful but not essential

Facility with PowerPoint and Excel

Proficient writing skills

Potential to come into our NY office regularly
